This site has been online for one year now. It was initially created as a hub for me to get work creating custom WordPress designs, and I wrote high quality content to drive traffic.

The result?

First month (March 08) - 8,000 UV's
Second month (April 08) - 15,000 UV's


Why are you selling?
Other commitments during May '08, forced me to set web design work aside for a while. Then in November last year, I experienced some offline 'contention' with my online projects, and I blocked access to this site (and others).

This meant Google could not spider the content, and it lost its rankings in the SE's.

So, I can't report the traffic, (I can say though, since I opened access to the site again, there have already been visitors coming from existing links to the site).

Anyway, the site is for sale because I'm not in the position to make the most of it, and with all the link juice the site still has I believe it offers a great opportunity to you, especially if you're a blog designer who wants a kick-start to your online blog design 'career'.

The domain is well known around web development circles, having been featured by Smashing Magazine, I Love Typography, Logo Design Love, WP Candy, and other places.


Revenue:
I never ran ads on the site, ever. Revenue was generated by doing custom design work. Therefore, the revenue is entirely variable. It depends on how much you charge for your design work, and how much work you get. You can of course add advertising if you buy it.

I can say though, there was never a shortage of work to do. The work I put into writing high quality articles, drove heaps of traffic very quickly. If you do the same, you'll soon have offers of work.


Site Expenses:
Hosting : Less than $10/year on a shared server.
