I am stressed, depressed and feeling weak. Help? What can i do to cheer myself and just think positive and be happy? Any ideas? Thanks.
Get some exercise. Exercise is great for the body, it also releases endorphins that lift the mood. Make sure you do at least an hour of moderate excercise a day, after a week you will feel much better for it.
ups and downs are just part of life. Just work hard! and once you $$$ you will be happy. Tip: when you are sad just take your mind off and focus on something else like games, girl friends, movie etc.. and then you can come back with fresh mind. You will feel much better!
You need a good night out with a few drinks, always helps to lift the spirits! Also when feeling down find your mates, being aorund positive people will help you be positive! Or maybe take a holiday to somewhere sunny
I think we all feel like that every now and then..As someone has said in a reply above, ups and downs are part of our lives, so we have to deal with them. When I'm stressed, depressed etc, I always like to take a break from whatever I'm doing at the moment and listen to some relaxing music, go out with my buddies, or do anything else that might help me get over those crappy moments. And most of the time, this helps .
He is very correct excercise is one of the best ways to relieve stress. A small amount of chocolate is good, coffee helps me and listening to music online at either grooveshark or dizzler.
Just stay away from everything (work,tension) etc. and concentrate in watching comedy movies,go out with friends. DON.
