What is the use of No follow links ?

    No Follow helps if you want to get traffic from a website that is different from your niche, and you don't want it for SEO. If those who make link exchange have both their sites in the same niche, then you can put Do Follow, and that helps you go up in search engines. ;)

    I think that Yahoo and MSN do not pay attention to Nofollow so there is some SEO use out there! Correct?

    Simply not true. Let me use craigslist as an example (we all know they use nofollow). Next time you add a new deep page to your site, make a craigslist ad with a link to it and watch how fast your page gets indexed in Google.
    Nofollow does not prevent Google from crawling, it just will not pass link juice.

    Nope. They still have value. Nofollow links wont pass PR juice but still they may help increase your traffic provided that they came from relevant sites.
