Considering selling PR3 dropshipping/ecommerce site

My real job has been taking up too much of my time lately and I haven't been able to spend as much time on this business as I would like to. I have no problem holding on to it, but I thought I'd see if I get an offer that I'm willing to take to let this go. I've put a lot of hard work into this and built it from the ground up. I know that I'm asking for more than most of you will think it is worth, so don't bother saying it. Stats are posted below. I moved servers halfway through January, so I don't traffic have stats going any further back than what's posted.

The script is Cubecart v3 with some mods and custom work. As you can see from the stats, it is VERY search engine friendly. I would love to do some more custom coding to the script, but like I said, I'm just too busy.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a real business! This is NOT some automated "set and forget" piece of crap site! You deal with REAL customers with REAL questions who want to establish REAL business relationships. The buyer will get the names of the two companies that I use for dropshipping. You can also purchase inventory from them and establish an actual store (I had plans of doing this, but again, my full-time job got in the way). You get to set your selling price as high or low as you want.

My monthly profits are currently $150-$300. This past summer I was doing a solid $300/month profit.

Why are some of the payments received blocked out?
