I am getting too much confusion with keyword density and its tool. There are show many tools available to check it. but Each one is showing different percentage of density. Can anyone clear my doubt?

The best one is your eyes.
If the page looks spammy - you've overdone the keywords.

different tools have different calculation. so use only one tool for all. so you can go proper and get answer of your query itself.

As far as keyword density goes, this is something I usually do not go nuts over, usually try to include one or two exact keyword phrases with an internal link every 300 words or so. Install SEO Quake (just Google it) as a firefox toolbar and there is a quick keyword density checker on there.
