There is no official way for you to do so. But there is some exchanger out there in web or forum which will do for you. But for Paypal, the rate is a bit expensive.

One more point to note, it will be more difficult if your Paypal is unverified.

    Yes its possible.
What you can do now is verify your paypal and then add bank account into it.
Then withdraw the paypal fund to your bank account.
From your bank account, you can use to purchase MB

I doubt the OP meant that. As far as I can understand, he is not is a position to verify his paypal account or even withdraw it to his bank account, if any.

Send the money via paypal to some trusted friend who too has a paypal account and tell him or her to send the amount via bank transfer. :)

Most public paypal exchangers are scammers anyway. Maybe you'll find a real exchanger but they won't do any exchanges as long as your account isn't verified. Expect some high fees too!

its possible, you have to search for exchangers who accept your paypal and then lose some fees to get the equivalent in AP or LR.

I see that this isn't a place to exchange money.
you can better search about exchange money forums .

If you are in a country where paypal withdrawal is not accepted you can try if you have some friends in countries where paypal is accepted no other choice will work perfectly
