thanks for the tips.. i did SEOing for my site now for the past week.. it is now ranked in first 2 pages for some keywords.. I did SEO for one of my other site.. it is in page 1.. Jeez.. I am happy to be in those ranks.. But i am striving hard to get great baklinks and some great amount of content to compete for some great keywords like SEO, search engine optimization. As of my aim is to make it to the top 10 page for those keywords.. then i will try improving more...
I think you answered your own question in your last post It is a sad but true fact... I had a look at your ibiza seo site. It seems like most of your seo is based on on-page optimization (nice double listings ) and local link directories - am I right? Nicely done...
cheers but I don't want to turn this into a discussion about us. it just amuses me that people don't see the irony of setting up an seo services site and then coming onto DP to ask what to do if they should get a client. you wouldnt want to be that client would you?

My point was just that your seo company seemed reliable, and I liked the fact that you do not only focus on off-page optimization. I couldn't agree more. No, I'm not one of your client and I have no interest in being so.
no need to go for any program that will learn SEO .You will just have to learn online and do it practically.Here is a great resource where you can start learn seo

lol, no you misunderstand me, I wasn't soliciting for clients, we are at full stretch already. I meant you wouldn't want to be the client of the poster who sets up his SEO services site and then comes onto DP to ask how to do it. good luck sunilm87, but to be honest I would suggest that you start working on a good range of sites for a year or two before charging clients for services. learning as you go on client sites is potentially a very bad thing for both you and the clients businesses. and with regards to the big terms you're targeting, well i would maybe start a bit smaller if I were you
@seoibiza I have already worked on three of my sites and they are ranked pretty well for decent keywords.. now i am targetting mainstream keywords to get to the depth of SEOing. As for the targeting terms, i have started with small terms, and have ranked pretty well as i said previously so now concentrating on big terms.. so tht i can be visible on the top searches for ppl to see..
@seoibiza As for starting a SEO site and then learning SEO, don't you know that there is a thing called Applying your skills.. That's wat i am trying to do in my site.. building a seo site after learning and getting to top positions later will take lot of time.. doing it now sideways will help to satrt off my services quickly
hey everyone has to start somewhere. am just saying that coming onto the world's largest "SEO" forum with your brand new seo site in your signatures, and publicly asking basic questions about SEO maybe isnt the best way to launch? it's a bit of a tired cliche these days on here.
