I would like to know basic technique - priority wise to get traffic for any website.

means which technique i should give priority first and which after that.

Link building with good keyword should be on high priority, but that's after good contents creation.

but when u post classified use title unique just like best offer, not use keyword in title

Content. DO NOT write for search engines. Write for human readers. Update your content daily. If you cant do daily do at least 3 days a week M, W, F.
You can also create a account with a manual traffic exchange to get it out there and with a free safe list. That is what I did.
