first of all you have to define your primary keywords and secondary keywords

i share my experience and what i am consider when i write title and description:
I have to write title with primary keywords put in starting of title and description then I add secondary keywords in title and description after primary keywords. so google give some high weight for primary keywords rather then secondary keywords.

 

its a shame to see this kind of noob question coming form someone providing seo services who also has "seo optimized" forum id

 

Read the content of that page carefully....check out your keywords and and then put your keyword in your title and description. Make sure title and description should not be sppamy and put your important key phrase in the beginning....

only meta description is of use not others.

 

There are well over a DOZEN DIFFERENT META tags available. Not all are needed on every page.

Since this is a new area for you and you don't understand them, the FIRST thing you need to do is do a Google search for "HTML META tags" and read everything you can find until you understand them. Once you get that understanding you will also have learned how to create and use them.

Wrong. They ALL have uses, especially the robots tag. You just don't always need all tags on every page.
