Send money from one bank to another bank via Internet.

I have online checking account of HSBC in USA. But right now iam out of country. I need to send money to my relatives. Can i send the money from HSBC to my relatives bank account via internet access, which is another bank.

ANY SUGGESTION??

Another question : I didnt use paper check book before to withdraw the money. Where to sign in paper check? front or back or both side?
please let me know.
