    I can't be bothered running this anymore and I want to clean out my portfolio so I have decided to sell.

    Basically, it's a job search website that I haven't touched since it came up. It's filled with high quality PLR articles and has an autoblogging software installed, it runs completely on autopilot and brings in about 50 visitors a day. It ranks for a number of keywords on Google and other major search engines, totalling about 100 search engine referrals per month.

If you are looking for a niche to promote then you can't go wrong with this one as it 100% established and runs completely on auto pilot. When I first got the website up and running I was promoting it quite heavily, by this I mean submitting articles, commenting blogs etc. This will account for all the backlinks you see.
