    Nice website, layout is great. A new header logo to brighten it up a little, and then some actual reviews to get the website started.

    Good idea for a website, best of luck with it :)

    VERY nice and clean design.

    Header area should be less dark. background color can be a bit less dark.

    And of course - CONTENT. You can pay someone to post on your forums and make the "live".

    Structure wise, you're off to a good start. As for that color scheme, while it may seem appropriate, it actually looks rather plain and dull.

    I'd recommend spicing up the header a bit and maybe changing those circle icons to books or something along those lines.

    I agree it's a little too dark. very nice layout though and easy to navigate. I like it. You need to build up some visitors. Post around at a bunch of other book clubs and stuff. Good luck. I think you have a nice niche here.
