Keyword relating to loan and education is the most paying keywords.

 

Is from websites and youtube.

 

lots of web traffic is the highest paying keywords as to my assumption...

 

And how do you know that the traffic will CONTINUE once you change the topic of your site to some stupid thing like drunk divorce lawyers in Texas?

You have to get reindexed with the new content. Your rankings may plummet when you start competing with all the other get-rich-quickers who run the same HPKs and your traffic goes to nil. Well, kinda fitting I guess.

 

I only insert links for from the sites i have for the new sites..

 

You still need to generate the interest in the person to make him click one of them.
