Yes you can use adsense and adbrite on the same site as long as the ad units look different.

You can use Adsense and Adbrite together on the same page. You can also use Kontera and other affiliate programs along with Adsense. As long as you don't display content which is inappropriate with the TOS stated by Adsense, it's fine.

My experience of Adbrite isn't that good, but if its working on your site, stick with it.

Change that to MOST. You find hardly any reviews of Adbrite where they have paid a lot.
