Paypopup code for pop-under, where to put it?

    I run proxy site using Glype.Which theme file & where should I put the Paypopup code for pop-under?I tried putting in main file before end of </body> and at top just after <body> but it don't opens any pop-up.

    Pop-Under does not work with Glype ! You can try to add it as iframe instead of adding straight to your index.php file ;)

    How I do this, can you please write code and I have main.php in theme but no index file so where to put this iframe code in main.php file?
