Yes, the don't-feed-the-troll-policy should be applied when dealing with terrorism. No matter if it's abroad or terrorism in the homeland. I can't believe that the terrorists at Guantanamo is swimming in luxury, it's almost like an hotel room. Leave the shit-to-die-alone-policy would be more effective and save lots of money.
