How I make $857 per month from ONE site (40+ sales per month)

I've been doing a lot of different promotions and got my first $100+ day about a month ago from PPC but aside from that I want to let you have a quick peek in one of my sites that's very dear to me.

See, about 4 months ago my brother gave me an idea to make a site for this relatively small niche and at start I wasn't really prepared to do it.

But he said "Armando, just do it, this one will be a money maker." And I sat down and I put a lot of thought to it and I decided that I'll make it.

I've worked on it for about 3 weeks literally like a mad man for 10+ hours per day... Forgetting to eat and get healthy dose of sleep was completely normal for me.

Fast forward to today and this very site I didn't even want to build made 44 sales in the past 30 days which equals $857. So I have to admit it was a pretty smart idea to create it back then.

However it wasn't easy to get it to 800+ per month... I've done countless split tests... I've rewritten the page... I've created upsells... I've worked with my customers to improve my offer... I've answered countless customer support emails...

It's been A LOT of work... but right now it's at it's peak, performance wise.

So I was inspecting my weblogs today and I got this wild idea... I noticed that ALL of my presell pages convert at 3-5%.

Let me show you what I mean. Here's a small screenshot:

This basically means that if an affiliate was promoting it he'd be earning $20 per sale at 3%-5% conversion. For every 25 or 30 visitors you'd get one sale.

And this made me realize that after 3 months of brutal testing it's finally ready to be introduced to affiliates. It's finally good enough to be shared with you.

So stay tuned... I'm getting a separate Clickbank account for it.. so it'll be approved in a couple of days... I'm getting it professionally redesigned... I'm also creating the biggest, most valuable affiliate resource you've EVER seen...

But for now I think this is enough info. I'll post more specific things (clickbank earnings pics, presell pages, articles etc) about it once it gets approved.

This is gonna be a lot of fun.

What's the niche? You might as well reveal it if you'll be launching soon?

Or show us your site so we can start creating landing pages already.

Hey, I know you're a great guy, and I don't mean to be a complete dick here... but that much work, like 10 hours a day of hard work... for $800 a month?

    Uh...

yeah but that doesn't mean he has to keep up that amount to sustain that dollar amount. For all we know all the work could be now done and so he can just sit back in bank $800 a month for the next year or two or even more , that makes those 10 hour days worth hundreds an hour......

Sure, niche is "hand sweating". Main keywords are "sweaty palms", "sweaty hands", "cure sweaty hands", "cure sweaty palms".

    The design is almost finished:

    I'll post more info soon..

Yeah, it took me a bit longer because I needed to learn copywriting, a bit of design, I had to do massive market research and then write the ebook.

I think it took me that long mainly because it was my first "real" product.

Exactly. Right now I just do a lot of tweaking and customer support which takes me about 30 minutes per day. But I'm back to 10 hours today (heh) working on affiliate resources and such. I think I'll have everything finished by tomorrow.

Excellent dude, I have a site in the hyperhidrosis niche (although no list sadly) that gets 100 uniques every day. Can I ask why you are targetting the hands and not the armpits, the feet, the face, the torso or anywhere else? What does the research show?

btw this was a niche i was considering for future but now not sure. just like domainiac, you guys seem to be getting to the same niches as me first! first reflux, then hyperhidrosis!

i'm launching several products that have been in the works for a while and hopefully i won't get beaten to it!

pls everyone, stay away from health products!!! :D

There is no cure for hyperhydrosis apart from ETS surgery (and even that doesn't work 100%), so it'll be intriguing to know what this produces.

Congrats. These small niches really are hot earners, as Greg and yourself have proved. I was planning on avoiding the health niche specifically, but maybe I'll give it a go :)

The niche selection was a wild guess that my brother made and it's not based on market research. I actually have a separate product for sweaty feet but it's not tested enough and I'll have to redesign it.

And there's also this big publisher in "sweating" niche, so I didn't want to go there and work with unnecessary competition.

Hah, yeah, I've done a few health products in the past... mainly because I like to help people and health niches seem to fit my criteria the best.

Yes, the method I'm describing really does stop palms from sweating. Up to now I've had 100+ sales and it only got 3 refunds for stupid reasons like "I thought I'll get a physical product".

Yeah, they really are hot. I'm sure that a lot of affiliates will be able to get quick sales with this one.

Good niche choice. Not only a desperate market but there are only 3 other players with serious efforts in the CB marketplace so it is far from saturated.

I also wonder what your book recommends. Obviously you can't share your secrets here but if you can send me a review copy when ready I'll stick a full review on my site (and send you the URL too).

As someone said, many people feel that it is incurable naturally and they just cope with it. Now they could well be wrong and deluded by the pharmaceutical industry. It's the same for these reflux products - I have reflux but I'm keen to know what these natural methods are because I'm on drugs. Ultimately, I believe that these conditions are a product of your environment (western lifestyle) rather than genetics so natural methods can reverse them too.

Wait, did you release this on CB, but without the affiliate option? I didn't even know you could do that.

Yeah, I agree with you here. People tend to think if something isn't widely known that it doesn't exist. I mean, I was the same for a long time until I realized that internet is this big library with knowledge on basically every single medical condition known to man.

We've talked thru PMs so you'll get the ebook soon.

It's possible. In each CB account you can have up to 20 products but only one that's released on marketplace.

Sounds like he used an existing CB account. I've done it myself and just used a product number that nobody would guess like "56".

It still has to be approved by CB but tell them that you have no need for hoplinks.

For example, I had a product on domain www.madethisup.com, publisher ID whatever

2 years later I wanted to test another product on a totally different domain yeahwhatever.com. The payment link is:

    http://88.whatever.pay.clickbank.net/

When I gave CB the link to my sales page at yeahwhatever.com I told them not to worry about the fact it is on another domain and no hops can be made because I'm only using it myself. They approved it no problem.
