Can 1 Website use Multiple Affiliate Programs?

Discussion in 'Affiliate Programs' started by Dizzy999, Feb 7, 2009.

    Hi there,

I want to feature some niche products on my site, but from 2 different online stores. There are some products that are unique, so only one of the stores sell them, so that's why I would feature both stores.

The issue though is that each of the stores has their own affiliate program that they use. Is there any problem featuring multiple affiliate programs on your site? Or do the affiliate programs or sellers expect you to ONLY feature them?

    Thanks.

I have sites with several affiliate programs, CPA offers, etc on 1 page. Affiliate programs dont mind multiple programs on one site. Go for it!

Depends on the program. Some programs require an exclusivity agreement. It also depends on the purpose. If you post too many links all you do is confuse your visitors. Figure out what you want to send them to and presell it. Just posting links to a lot of programs yields low returns.

I was a little confused by your question. I think you meant to say that you have a website, and you have links from two completely different affiliate programs, and you're wondering if you can put them both on your website.

    Yes.

you just need to get approved with one site (i suggest a blog) and then you can run offers wherever you want.

Yes, you can use as many affiliate links as you want on your website. Just be careful to not overcrowd your pages.

Be sure that each affiliate program will allow you to use other competing networks. Also be sure that the content on the other networks' ads doesn't violate any requirements of the other networks you have running.
