Hey I just registered xboxauthority.com a few days ago. I am going to develop it into a xbox game reviews/cheats/previews/etc site.

I think I was lucky to find this one... Please appraise (just the domain... The site is not developed yet)

I have used a few of those online appraisal tools... They don't look too accurate though, and I would prefer a human opinion.

to close to a TM for my liking

it could be alright if they don't come after you, would need some developing to be worth much more than reg fee in my book

You don't think so? Well, it's Got Xbox in the name & that's a TM of Microsoft. If you were to develop it to be anything to do with Xbox or gaming, expect a potential lawsuit if they decide to come after you. Name is worth $0 IMO

in this case i don't even think you would have to develop it related to xbox or gaming to get into trouble, since it is a completely made up term.
