I can give you some advice: 1. Ads block are far away from main content - means visitors can skip ads to content. You need to place between contents and use same color scheme as content. 2. Make it neutral color. 3. You can add some graphic to support your content. Even you can add lovely top banner as well. 4. Keep visitors longer in your website - you will get better result. Best of luck!
Ok i ll give you some suggestions. 1- about 336x280 ads unit. change the title color to pink and text to black and url to little light blue. 2- about right skyscraper. change the header color to black, and text is also black but url should always be blue. 3- add one more skyscraper in pink content column. it will defiantly work, try to make ads look like your page content. and use <h1> header tags so that google ad servers look for h1 first to show the content related ads. i hope this will help you
Sounds to me like you have been Smartpriced. Say if you were getting 10 cents a click and with 1000 UV a day and 18% CTR you would be making 18 dollars a day. Or roughly $540 a month. Looks like you are only getting 0.004 a click!!
I don't believe he's been smartpriced, I'm confident it's just the content. Its hard to convert nonpaying content to paying content. I've tried several humor type sites and they never pay. too much work, not enough return.
