Double Serving Ads

I have a competitor that has several sites and I see ads from two of his sites showing up in the same ad sets in Google Search. I have reported their violation and it appears that Google pauses the ad and they modify it a bit and it starts running again. I believe Google has no Adwords moderators they only have staff that responds to complaints.

Does anyone else have the same problem with a competitor running two ads for two of their sites? Does Google successfully monitor and control these sorts of tactics?

The usual process is that they will stop showing both ads and only show one at a time. Are both being show at the same time still?

It has been reported several times. They normally stop one ad so only one from that advertiser shows up.

Both are still being shown and it's been two days since our Adwords account rep said she passed it along to their policy team.
