yea it's gone but the site didn't look like it would stay - probably just a nameserver problem. But the site doesn't inspire my confidence or trust. Maybe they'll prove me wrong, but I have a nagging suspicion that they'll go under after a month or two.
waste of time no one would pay for domain.me.pn when they can get same domain from world wide known extensions
Is gone because me.pn was for sale with site, script and almost everything. I think costs to much to keep such a registry with free dns.
C:\>ping www.me.pn Ping request could not find host www.me.pn. Please check the name and try again. .pn not accessible for me
Hello, Sorry about what's going on here. I listed it for sale as I'd already found a buyer, but he wanted "SitePoint" feedback and he was willing to pay for the listing fees - so I did that (explains the BIN). He still works the site with me, and the site didn't expire as I renewed it for some reason the Government.PN registry said that I failed to renew it, and I'm trying to get it solved as soon as I can. And, how can we run away with your data? Data was encrypted and it was running well. Managing costs wasn't the issue, it was more on the line of the awful registry and no control panel to manage what was going on. The domain was good, that's what made me really tempting to keep with the registry. And, someone keeps saying "buying".. where did I ever mention buying domains. Nobody was even forced to pay a penny, and was kept as a BETA experiment.
