After deciding recently to use 3ix.com's hosting service (as reccomended by a few friends) my account was setup within 5 minutes, all good so far. Until I decide to use thier "customer support", take this at shock value: Considering the size of the company, and I was talking to "Techinal Support", I am appaled, by the lack of knowledge and cheek I recieved. Overall I am appaled by the customer support. To be honest at first I thought the operator was confused, then I realised she's a thick as a plank. The companies director(s) will be receiving this as present from me to them
I stopped promoting and using it loooong back because my websites used to often get hacked and 30% downtime and the scammers didn't pay my referral worth 170$ too.
the problem is with Liveperson.com , they pay you for providing support, 2checkout uses same same service, and few days back someone from liveperson.com said me " lose you attitude first , then i will help"......
Yes, compared with that person. Should have posted this topic with title "3IX.com s*c*" so that when people trying to search for bad comments about 3IX , they can notice this.
Everyone relying on Google these days. You did sort of jump the gun when you said "can i speak to someone that knows what they're doing" that may of been a bit rude, but if the operator didn't know what it was, they should of said that they don't know - simple as that.
Yes I agree with you on that point, but it had got to the point where I had spoken to over 15 operators to try and resolve this problem, I start to lose my patience after a while, which I wouldn't blame anyone else for doing so :/
