TerraJokes.com - lots of content - all unique PHP coding

Hello all,
As part of a clear-out I'm selling one of my websites:

Terra Jokes gets a few hundred unique visitors and a few thousand page views monthly, many from Google:

I haven't had time to properly maintain this website recently, hence why this website receives low traffic (for the massive amount of content on it).

I also haven't properly monitised it, so assume no revenue.

Terra Jokes is a highly desirable website due to the following facts (only a partial list ):

• The *entire* website (apart from the forums) is hand-coded, using unique PHP coding. The admin and member panel is fully fuctional and very powerful too (see screenies below!)
• There are over 600 jokes and over 1,200 pictures already on Terra Jokes!
• I'm selling this custom website (with lots of content already) for $400 BIN, and bidding from $150!

I am thinking you may be confused between BIN at $400 and offers from $100

 

Assuming kitt does mean to make a bid, this site is now going to sell within 24 hours for $100. BIN is $450, accepting higher bids (this is now an auction as per the OP).
