Nice list.....:O Directory submission is one of the best way to generate links. Title Tag, Meta Description, Page Contents and Anchor text are most important factors of SEO. As we see that Search Engines display result with the basis of title, meta and page contents keyword density, but we also sometimes found that no any searched keywords found in the title or description but the site appears on first pages among millions of results. So hopping or putting only keywords on title tag or meta description may not help us to appear on the top pages even if we have thousands of backlinks or searched keywords on title and descriptions. So it's most important to care also on anchor texts when we post our sites to others. Anchor texts are the key factors to a special website to find out it's actual category. So I think.... anchor texts are most and most important at the time of submitting sites.
