PHP mailer script

    I need a PHP mailer scrip that's already been created that will allow users on my web site to report broken videos. My site has a lot of videos on different pages so it will have to be able to tell me the page that it was clicked on. And a way to prevent spammers like CAPTCHA (image verification) would be nice.

    Any suggestions?

    You can put a snippet of code, that will mail you the link of the page on which the button was clicked. You can use ajax so that process is background. Also you can use recaptcha of handling your captcha issue.

    I don't know ajax or think I would want to spend my time learn it just for this one thing. I was looking for a suggestion to something pre-made that I can -tweak- to work with my site preferable in PHP...
