okay, so i got a good phrase, i think

I registered breast-cancer-stages.com. I know it has hyphens, but is there anyway that this could possibly be worth anything? I will develop the site with very good information (3 family members have survived breast cancer) from personal knowledge.

 

Its a decent domain 12-15K searches a month for your search term. Would be a lot better without the dashes, however.

I would say its worth $50-$75 on it's own, with no site.

 

I think if this domain is undeveloped then its not worth more then Reg fee.

but if you develop it and get good traffic and ranking in google then you can get good amount for this one.

I intend to develop it and within maybe 6 months see where the traffic standings are. I am still learning SEO so it might be more than 6 months but from a couple of other sites in the past week I have increased traffic by 400% organically, so we will see.

 

Just go with the development, you won't get much now for the name only. Hyphens are killing it now (double hyphen).
