Here are some things you can do:
    -submit a sitemap to Yahoo
-create a robots.txt and define a sitemap in that file
    -build more backlinks
-improve your internal link structure. It seems that every page is linked from your homepage but they are not cross linked. Yahoo loves internal links.
-if possible you should limit the maximum number of links on one page to 50 or 100. With too many links the search engine spider may not be able to crawl all pages.

It may also be a good idea to limit the size of all of your graphics. Your heavy use of graphics will slow down page loads and could limit access for the search engine spiders.

I too have the same problem as you with one of my sites.

I am going to try to do some additional linking to inner pages.

as stated above it could be an issue with the site map. However, sometimes it takes a while before all pages of your site appear in Yahoo. They will not all appear once.

Yahoo will slowly shows your other pages. Don't worry. The main page already indexed, the rest will follow soon.

How well are you indexed with Google? I have hundreds of pages indexed with Google, but can't even get listed in MSN and Yahoo as yet.

I think the age and PR of a blog/website is important with these search engines. TBH Google has over a 70% market share of all searches made so don't stress too much with a Yahoo listing.

BTW, Ask Jeeves are usually good, they seem to index a fair few pages quickly.:)
