Yup, very clever and unusual idea.The design is simple and not flashy, but the search engine and all those ads are irritating.Anyway, the top ad that is on the blue background blends really well with the site layout.

NIce them and nice concept mate. The site looks cleasn however I hv one sugegstion about adsense. You can try replacing the half banner in the header to a horizontal link unit.

The domain name fits the site very well, and the idea behind the site could be useful for certain people. The simple look it has now looks to be functional enough for a user to ease through the process of blocking specified countries. The style of the red and blue sections is reasonably different from usual graphics that are seen on sites.
i think this site lacks quality content, there is not much information on the site , which should be fixed. but overall a good concept.
