The site looks great. Really easy navigation and i noticed you didn't have any ads which made a change. Couldn't open the jobs because you have to log in, but from what i saw it was a very well designed website.

Yes, I designed it myself. actually we have a development team. the application is in ASP with some ajax. its a database driven application. why dont you jsut join and see the features..its free

The loading time of your site is little bit slow for my connection. Add some more mild background colors to your site looks more attractive.

Really!. I am going to optimize the code anyways, so that it can laod better, you know some unwanted loops or junk code...I will try a light grey or soemthing for the bg.....
