I was busy today, and couldn't sit down to watch the whole game. It appears that only catching the last 2 mins on the play clock was very fulfilling. tom
The penalties were closer... and the one where he ran 100 yards and then went down like a inch in front of the goal line.
I normally HATE the Super Bowl. this one was for the record books.... We didn't see much......just the 1st few minutes, and the Fourth Quarter (when the game was decided) We decided to watch a movie instead. Regrettably, we missed the part when the pass was intercepted in the end zone (by one of the Steelers defensive backs) and ran 100 yards for a TD. (First 100 yard run-back interception in Super Bowl History). You rarely see a 100 yard run-back on an interception even in the regular season. Maybe once a year in the 1000's of games played. at least we payed attention to the Fourth Quarter when the game was on the line, and I saw the "Pepsuber" commercial!
Except for the interception, the first 3 and a half quarters were boring. The last couple minutes were incredible. I thought the last fumble was questionable, but I was biased as I would have liked to have seen them get a shot at the endzone at least. I think Holmes was in, definitely close, but not enough to over rule in any case.
