From what I seen yes there are actually spyware and virus ads, They seam like a horrible company, its nice the use paypal but you will only get about 1 cent or less a click, I have not actually tried them though... If your interested in Clicksor for the full page ads, inline ads, banners, and acceptance of websites (warez site) then I suggest AdBrite.

One word of advice. Forget about clicksor. If you are looking for alternative, at least adbrite and chitika will measure up.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Tons of viruses + they don't pay you fully. I was making 1000$ a month at cpxinteractive and at clicksor only 120$ every 2 weeks

I would have thought that they would have improved lately.

    Is that not the case?

They seem to be a big company.

If you want to try Clicksor, don't use their banner, many advertiser insert trojan and virus. With the others ads format there are less problems.

Yes clicksor has a bad reputation so people don't like to use them. I really recommend adbrite to you. They pay check every 60 days. They accept most websites, no minimum traffic. They let you sell your ad space directly with advertisers if you wish. And they have many ad formats. You can check them out in my signature if you want.

Stay away from this Clicksor. Try Adbrite or Bidvertiser and others.

why ?? very personal expirence with CLICKSOR.

    * Viruses
    * Google, Yahoo, and MSN will block your site because of the spyware (from clicksor ads on your site)
"This site may harm your computer messege"
    * you will lose your visitors. nobody like viruses and spywares farms.
    * they pay only for US traffic and clicks.
    * money even not that good, very low payment
    * if you even earn money with clicksor, payment at end of the month combined with all kind of scams.
    * and on top of that ........ very bad support, take them months to get back to your emails "lol"

maybe you will find very OLD good reviews about them. but this is clicksor of today, and that's why publishers never use them.

so my FREE advice for you : Stay away from this Clicksor.

depends, if your site is illegal or gray clicksor is good because they turn a blind eye to it even with reports. You could run a warez with clicksor or one of those streaming tv show sites. Google and Adbrite are cracking down hard recently on those types of sites. Bidvertiser is good it's a bit better for publishers, better ctr rates then adbrite. Go with bidvertiser, unless you intend to advertise - in that case go with adbrite because you can get some good deals off of high sites. I got a $15 week long campaign on a site with a million u/q a day - that would normally cost you like $300+ on adsense or direct advertising. (Adbrite=good for advertisers, pretty bad for publishers, same with adsense now that they're lowering and capping the ctr).

Thanks for the reviews folks, I've been using clicksor cause it seemed they paid more then adbrite. I had a couple users complain about virus alerts with clicksor and I thought they were just being crazy.

    Im dumping clicksor right now

Clicksor takes the integrity of our Publisher sites very seriously and we are always working to ensure the safety of all users that see our advertisements through our network. As such, any campaign that violates our TOS is immediately suspended and will not be re-activated. We constantly monitor our Ad Campaigns on a daily basis to help avoid such circumstance. If you run into an ad that violates, an Account Manager is always available and willing to help expedite action taken on such advertisements.

    Thank you,

The fact that I signed up with your company and not even 10 minutes later i was being injected with a trojan.. Shows you as a company are VERY lacking in your ability monitor your advertisements.. Also well no one can say that you pay anything worth talking about so as far as showing your ads on my site is simply just wasting my time.

I make MUCH more money with clicksor than with blacklabelads and adultadworld.

But I use the popunder though, their cpm banners aren't good, at least for adult sites.
