I am new to clickbank.I started using 6 months ago on my blog. I have got 1000 hops since then but got only 1 sale of 18$ I searched this forum and found out that most of you are using articles.Can anyone explain me what is this method in detail or give a link from where I can get more information. Sorry if I sound too childish because I am new to affiliate marketing and Seo.
There is almost no way that you got 1000 hips and only one sale. Make sure the product you are promoting is relevant to your sites traffic. Like, if your site is about dogs, I wouldn't be trying to sell weight loss products. And if you're involved in any sort of traffic exchange program or anything like that, those hops really mean nothing. I don't think you're missing anything here (article-wise), it's just a problem with the products/visitors you are targeting.
if it's the blog in your sig, then i think you are quite likely attracting non-buying traffic ... i.e. people that just want to read about love ... i don't necessarily think they are the same kind of people that might be having relationship issues and looking for an answer to them ... just my 2c worth ...
I agree I is probably the type of traffic you are targeting. You need highly targeted traffic. 1000 hops is a lot. As far as the product that you are promoting you have to think like a buyer. Who is your buyer is it men women? What's there age group? What other products would they be interested in? What phase of the buying cycle are they in? Research x 3. As far as a link there are PLENTY of post here at DP telling people step by step what they are doing with article marketing check out some of the "diary" threads.
