I like overviews like this but I remember being a newbie myself and getting so much I didn't know where to start. The key in my opinion is to have a metor to direct and keep you focussed on the job in hand.
Myself I started 3 different approaches at once and failed in all three. I then decided to focus just in one area affiliate marketing and find I am making a nice steady income from it. It isn't enough to retire yet but I think it will be one day when I have expanded across other networks as well. I keep wondering about doing an e-book but I don't want too much competition so I always end up keeping going and keeping it all to myself. Good luck to newbies if you are looking for help with affiliate marketing after you watch the vids PM me or look around here there's pleenty of good advice just remember to keep focussed dont be a butterfly like I was.
