Hello, THE COMPANY IS -: DOTNCOM.COM I have ordered my hosting on 2 feb, thorugh live chat..everything was working fine.i thought they are real superb always online for live chat.But as soon as i placed my order , the live chat becomes unavailable.(First sign of scamming) , secondly, i ordered dedicated IP to them, i should take not more than 1 day for that too..and in the meantime a good hoster will give TEMP ip to continue with Hosting..But they haven't (Second Sign) . Thirdly , i thought to chat with them again with my problem on Feb 3 , live chat was off since past 2 days ( third sign) , ( told me errors were there) , fourth ,i was trying to get my REFUND , as they said on the main page , that 100% Refund policy , so i thought to take refund , but still he told me its against our TOS ..(oops from whre this TOS arises ??? ) ( so they told me taht they goona eat my money without even delivering me hosting) , fifth , a good hoster will try to resolve all the issues..but during the relove process when he thought he is on the loose...he left the live chat. sixth , when he said me that he has sended me mail, i asked i haven't then he told me that your email is having problems..u should have given gmail or yahoo...(is that our duty to ask what to give what not ?? its his to tell us that we need gmails or yahoos) OMG ..now its your choice..I reported this to webhostingtalk also..I tried to compromise..But he left. Loser haven't got anything left to Do ..So he left me a negative Itrader with BAD A** Comment ...View it ..to see how a loser post his comments.. Anyways ..it will be called as SCAMMER ON THE LOOSE.....!!!

I do have to agree that the negative iTrader was very much on the unprofessional side. The term "stupid" commonly refers to one's knowledge, not how they conduct business. I know nothing about this transaction but as a third party would have to say that you should at least respond to the allegations of being a scam....
Its your own fault Why do people get hosting from these fly-by-night companies ? next time do some research before going with a host!
how's that 6 proofs? that's just 6 statements We offer live chat support through my company and it isn't 24/7 live chat support. Only when a staff member is available. that's no sign of scam. and they told you they will eat your money? any screenshot proof or anything like that? and I agree with stang, unprofessional to use the word "stupid" with anyone - good or bad customer, just write something like "hard to deal with" or "uncooperative" both fail...
I don't know what is going on here but there's a couple of points I would like to make; Live Chat doesn't need to be online 24/7 nor does helpdesk support, that is an additional feature that hosts choose to offer. Also, Dedicated IP's can take a while for the datacenter to assign them to the server, so if there's no free ones available - It's going to take time. I'm not sure why you were refused the refund, you may of broken a TOS, I'm not sure. Also, the TOS link is clearly stated on the website; you should always read it before signing up. The host should never say that they are going to take the money and not provide a hosting service, nor should you leave the client in live chat - no matter how annoying people get; the only time you should leave is if the client becomes abusive. If a client says they never recieved a email but you know it was sent, tell them to check the WHMCS client area as it contains a log of every email sent to them which the client can view. A host should never, ever leave negative feedback about a client, it just shows unprofessionalism. Just thought I would contribute to the situation before things heat up.
i would like to back up my freind asking...... i dont know him brilliantly but my freind has had hosting there since they were virtually created and has loved every minute......asking is always upfront with his customers and he wud never be rude or threatining unless it has happened to himself......... Also providing screenshots of e-mails and that is pointless as they can easily be faked anyway with a nice programmed called photoshop
This is really not the forum for which to complain about things like this. Negativity and bashing in a public forum is really inappropriate IMO. I was under the impression there were rules against these types of threads here. Try working this out amongst each other in private please. BTW, to the OP, if you are on webhostingtalk, you should realize that threads like this are not tolerated over there, so please don't do it here either.

he has very nice website......it may just a edited template but i think 90% of sites are here with edited templates...... i always say judge people on quality of support and hosting not there site also peter no im not im a different person..... i have my own very small place to sell hosting but im just suporting him as i dont like to see a good hosting company get a bad name when i know they are good
ive had experience with his hosting everyone and i know its a great service..... of course u can all make ur own minds up but dotncom are definetly top class
Sorry to hear about your problems. It's always best to choose a reputable hosting provider and if not, make sure you do extensive research on these new "companies".
Name and Shame threads are ok in General Chat - where this thread is currently. I applaud asking for fronting up and presenting the other side of the story.
