It's good :) then the site that bought link from Google homepage will got hit that hard. :D All other links will be discounted to zero and the site ranking will fall like a rock. Got de-indexed finally. Google just lure you to buy and got your site trapped. hehe

Google will never try to mar its reputation by selling a link from its home page.

One day they will have links on there homepage in the future, mark my words.

But if it happened now, only the big companies would be able to buy, id try my best to get up there too though!

if google sold a link on their page ... their Page Rank would drop to a 9, that would be a major leak of Page Rank. LOL

Yeah this is all make believe, but what if...

Google and Coke partner up on a huge marketing campaign, you find the number under your Coke cap, you enter it in to see ig your a winner. The grand prize 1 in 99,999,999,999,999 1 month link on Google's homepage

Some granny who owns a online yarn store wins. She also sells yarn creations that look like cats.

After online for 1 minute, the Pentium 2 chip in her server dies from the overload of traffic. It just stalls and gives up the ghost.

She blames Google for the death of her site, claims her dead husband created it, and it cannot be replaced because of it was a one of kind. She sues Google for 2 million bucks. All of which she uses to buy a house in Florida and to purchase more yarn to make clothes for her 14 cats.

I am sure there are people out there using a Pentium 2 and Windows 98, maybe few and far between, but I am guessing there are.
