Ads pending review over a week now

Have about three ads pending review. Been about 5 days. Not that long of a time, but can PM the co-op username, if allowed to. Thanks.

 

It can't possibly lie on my end, but it can lie on my account. Maybe your account is fine but mine is clearly not. I'll PM you evidence and screenshots of the fact it doesn't update impressions.

Please answer me how I can make my account with 367,000 weight not record impressions? Therefore it must be a problem with my account, regardless whether yours works or not.

For the record, my weights are updating, although much much less frequently than they used to historically. What used to be everyday is now more like every 5~.

In terms of the graphs I'm not sure, I cannot login to the co-op today. The main digitalpoint website seems to be down. I'll gladly comment when it comes back up.

How did you manage that? The co-op has been down all day?

 

He means he did it yesterday but now he has 4 ads total pending. Anyway I'm glad I have someone to back up my story about the weight not updating properly. Let's just hope the co-op is down 'cos they're fixing it...

 

yep, i did the ads several days ago, yep, the co-op network is down, i hope they will come back!, just a notice, the network is not dead, just the website, i still can see their ad runing on my sitee

I can confirm none of my ads have "stats" since January the 17th.

I have a lot of ads over a lot of accounts.

 

Yeah you're right, the network is back online but no changes to anything. Do you still get that negative weight issue?

 

To back the rest up, yes mine are not updating as well. I usually put new ads and delete old ones every week. They're always approved within the week, but it hasn't since two weeks ago. So erm, I believe there is a problem somewhere.

Perhaps the problem is at the mod part? You don't see any pending ads but actually we do? Just a guess.

 

I'm still pending review and have been for a while now; don't know how long exactly, but more than a couple of weeks I think, but definitely more than usual.

I appreciate the Co-Op is run by volunteers and that can cause delays; but if there is a some problem with the Co-Op then I'd like to know for sure and cut my losses.

Well we had one of the people who approves ads responding in this thread but it appears she seems to have disappeared since we have some proof and backup that there is actually problem with the co-op.
