Ok.. so I have to receive some money from some guy that wants to pay me for my services. He says that he has paypal and is verified. I see on the forum that sellers don't accept paypal generally from new people since they can file a dispute and get there money back after they received the services. What's the best way to do this? Setup a paypal account, get the money an immediately send it to another account? leaving the original account with $0 ? The problem is that once I deliver my services which are SEO services, and he files a dispute, I'm pretty much screwed because it's not like I have a membership thing going on or something and the work would be already done. You should in anyway sign a contract with your customers where you make it clear what your payment terms are and if you will refund the money under any circumstance. If you don’t have a refund policy then you will be subject to a dispute. My experience is that if we provide signed contracts with proper terms of payments etc. then it is not possible for people to make a dispute to get their money back.
But you ONLY allows 2 accounts total.... You can't create a new account If your account have neg balance... Why not use Moneybookers? they don't support chargeback...
moneybookers is terrible anyone can claim thier account was hacked and they will happily reverse payment. it happend to me on a 3 month old payment. You should use Western union, or liberty reserve, as there is no chance of being scammed once you receive payment
i suggest if your want to get paid online then LIBertyreserve is best. althouhg paypal is the safest but it belongs to risk factors. and moneybooker is shit , WMZ or LR are the best options and there are many exchanger out here which does Convert LR to PP vise versa .
