Hi guys I going to be launching my online e-commerce business and I was wondering what payment processor I should use, that has quality merchant protection. I've read quite a few horror stories with paypal and chargebacks so I believe paypal is out of the question. Are their any quality alternatives? Thanks
If you are about to sell the digital products then the orders will not have any shipping address. Sellers are not provided with the protection if the shipping address is left blank. If you are selling something that requires shipping address then you can keep a proof of delivery of goods by means of courier receipt ID, etc. If you can maintain this, you can use any payment networks including paypal and 2checkout
I would suggest you use swreg.org coz they offer lower fee compare to paypal and it support paypal payment too.
swreg.org brags about their low 2.9% plus $1.00 per transaction. And they claim they just lowered their rates. I'd hate to have seen them before they lowered them, lol.
