Well, it depends on proof of traffic. LOL..

I wonder if there is a newbie asking "send me traffic stats".

That's a funny question. But I guess Microsoft or those giants don't really need more advertising. Imagine if someone could put a referral link or something like that there... maybe Google should make a contest and give the winner a link in their front page for 24 hours? haha

If anybody really asks such a question, I am sure google will give a free link to such a person....:p

On second thought, Yahoo might probably consider buying a link in exchange of selling a controlling stake in their company to Google ! I bet it would be tough for google not to entertain such an offer...:D

Why would google sell links ??? No way...

If the buyer is so desperate, google can take the money and give the buyer's site a PR 8 /9 /10 ( whatever he demands )...

After all, it is Googles algorithm....
They can add a simple code or check a checkbox to implement this change....

It would have to be a company that could fully benefit from it. BP aint it. What could a website visit do for them? I think it would be one of those late night infomercial dudes. The link would immediately put any of those companies into the strats. Fortune 500 overnight. Do they still have foortune 500 in this crappy economy? Maybe fortune 27 now.
