    If she is really special, most girls would prefer a nice rose and a special evening with you. A romantic dinner, maybe a moonlight walk, or a nice play. If you have it available, a carriage ride is always a winner that will light her heart up.

    I think almost any of the above would work, although in my opinion she will always be expecting a card, and at least one red rose. Other than that, take your pick.

    I would suggest you to create a gift for your girlfriend!

    If you really, actually love her..

    Make something yourself for her, and then personalize it with her name, or with names you both..

    That would truly be flattering..
