We switched the Gateway back to sorting by Conversions instead of the EPC at 12:40PM on our server. Let me know if your earnings improve. I can already tell there is a huge improvement by just looking at our network wide stats for this hour.

 

my average conversion is 10% now. anyone, please let me know what offer is convert well?? mine, ice cream quiz give me good leads and click. but the payout only $0.38 ... i need recommendation for more than $50 payout that convert well.

my earnings have improve!! cpalead shoud stick to campaingn with highest conversion. don't make any change anymore.

yesterday 38 clicks 6 leads w00t!

 

We've had a lot of people who did about 200 leads / day jump to about 350 yesterday. So there is definitely an improvement on all sites and we will NOT be changing it back to sorting by EPC.

 

On the new gateway design i'm getting this:

Edit: It's showing surveys now.

Edit: It's started not showing me surveys again. I just switched back to the very old gateway for now.

 

We figured out why this was happening to you. There was a small bug in our system that only allowed the top 5 surveys to show in the Gateway. If any of the top 5 were disabled, there would be less surveys to show on the Gateway. Thank you for pointing this out to us. The new Gateway is now safe to use.

 

Is there a new content blocker gateway design?

I got a stop-sign now.. is it new?

Do you think the new design will get leads to go up?
Or is it just a test?

 

Yes, the new design is staying for a while unless we get some bad feedback about it. Also, we are going to make different templates later down the road and let you guys pick which ones you want for each one of your Gateways. The leads have been skyrocketing since yesterday but we also completely shored up our system and changed the way we display surveys.

I will see how my conversion rate will behave in the next 24 hours.
If it's a lot worse compared to the 'old' design, I will tell you.
(You will probably see it in the overall stats too)

 

Yea no offence Troy, but that new gateway is horrible. It just basically makes you site look completly unprofessional and is extremely ugly as well. My leads have dropped by nearly 50% compared to yesterday so I'm guessing this new gateway somewhat contributed to that.

 

I would like to see the old gateway back too. Troy please let us know.
Conv-rate has dropped over 20% here.

We put in a new feature that allows you to design your own Gateway. Let me know what you guys think.

 

How about removing "PROTECTED BY CPALEAD.COM" - I'm sure that would increase our earnings.... I really don't see the point in having that on the gateway other then to advertise YOUR site!

 

Another feature that would be nice is to be able to include our own image onto the gateway. You don't have to host the images, just allow people to input a url to the image in the gateway options. Maybe make like a standard size that people should design for (ex. 500x120) and have it show up at the top of the gateway. That way the gateway can be "branded" and actually look like part of the site. If anything, it would help conversions.

 

Ok so I read through this thread (skipped a few pages in the middle!).
I've signed up and been approved.

I have a few questions for everyone.

1) Which gateway template have you had the most success with, or are you creating your own?
2) Do you leave the custom text blank, or do you write something to your users enticing them to go through with the surveys?

We will add the option where you can upload your own custom Gateway graphic and we will have "Powered by CPALead.com" in small font at the bottom, not in big letters at the top like how it is now. Thanks Sean9 for your input on that.

lollerskates - Funny you mention that, because that is what we're working on right now.

topfrog007 - Since you are new to this, I recommend just going with the classic Gateway look for now. You can always change the look later.

For the custom text, it's best to tell them what they will get if they complete a survey. Such as "Complete a survey to unlock (item)".

I have heard about your network a lot... now i want to start an affiliate program on your network but prior to that i have some quires... we belong to custom software development industry which is a very niche market. now how could i start with your network and also i would like to know about few of your advertisers from the same industry who got the success from your network....
