20 AGED sites only $10 each - mulitple revenue streams

We have 20 aged sites (at least 15 months old or more) that are all indexed in the major search engines and ready for someone to take over and really start promoting. All we have done with these sites is basically just build them and put them out there. Some have decent traffic, but all are indexed nicely. I do not have any revenue stats on these as they were never individually tracked.

These sites are all run off of scripts that we have created and are sold at http://scriptillusion.com

The script license will be transferred for free with the purchase of this package.

These sites are all VERY easy to make adjustments or modifications to as we have created very nice admin panels that make it easy to change out the affilaite id's, adsense id's, as well as make changes to the keywords, site title and templates.

We would like to sell this set of 20 AGED niche sites as a package.

Price: $200 for all 20.

Payment via paypal, moneybookers, or western union.

 

If these sites have any value at all, why sell them for around the cost of registration? It does not make sense to me. Please explain your reason for selling them.

We have close to 1000 sites in our network and we need to get it down to a more manageable amount. I am planning on selling off about half of them as those are ones we have never really tracked properly or had the time to promote properly. I can assure you that we run many sites using these same scripts and do very well with them. These would be perfect for someone who is ready and willing to start promoting these sites as they are all very nicely aged and auto-update so the only real work would be obtaining more backlinks and other offsite SEO needs.

I can give some additional advice to the buyer about what we do to promote our sites.

c0ldMax - They are all registered at godaddy. Registration dates are below. They do have traffic as they have been around for almost 2 years now, but since we have never promoted them there only about 150-200 uv's a month on average per domain.

Yes these sites are updated automatically. There is little required to run the site, but it has a very user friendly admin area where you ca make changes to anything from the template to the keyword/tag list as well as your adsense and affiliate ids.

 

$100 for the last 14 sites if these go today. That's less than what I paid in reg fees, but I really need to offload some of these so my loss is your gain.
