I have seen some software that would verify the link exchanges I have initiated. Just wanted to see - what is everyone else using to keep control over your link exchanges? Any specific software that is any good?

I do a lot of link exchnage, and of course I constantly keep an eye on my reciprocal links. I have tried many tools in the past: Arelis, SEO Elite, WebLinkSEO, ... Now I use LinkAssistant - and I like it better so far.

You can find a comparison of many link building tools here.

I use Link Checkup. It give me some errors sometimes when inserting a directory links list, but it's working.

Is this a web-based tool running on your server or on a workstation at the office/home?

It's a desktop SEO tool, you run it on your workstation. You can go check it yourself at www.link-assistant.com

There's also a trial version somewhere on their website, if you don't find it try contacting their support. They always answered all my questions...

Which arelis are you talking about? 4.4.2? If so, then LinkAssistant gives you much more info (and not only this).

And if you're talking about that new buggy IBP 9 released not long ago, then just take a look at its price - US$449.95 :(((((((
