Simple web based email form that send email behind anonymous remailers

I need coder that can make simple PHP web based form but email should be sent anonymously behind anonymous remailers.

I would kindly request people to read this request again. It is not simple email form script that can send email.

Main point is that script can send email anonymously behind anonymous remailers.
You have example above with explanation what is anonymous remailers and how to use it and where to get list of stable and reliable remailers.
I hope that now is everything clear.
