I knew that would happen well before the failed president started it.

The day the war in Iraq started the US government was wasting money... not any different today. War is always a waste of money.

One thing I don't very well understand is, after America started the destruction of Iraq, why should
it be "overburdened with wasteful spending" for its reconstruction? Why does America have to spend
for repair of the damage it deliberately caused on Iraq in the first place? I wonder where the doctrine of the "spoils of war" applies here, that which allows the victor to plunder the vanquished by virtue of the victor's
having won the war? I look at it like America openly admits that it failed in its attempt to conquer
Saddam Hussein's government? I recall the outcome of the 2nd WW where the Japanese aggressors who
eventually lost the war had been obligated to compensate for reparation of the damages inflicted on the
defender states who turned out to become survivors, if not victors, in the war.

I'm not sure if I am able to reprint in this post GWB's photo, but don't you at
least recognize the indecency in it? And I thought DP also rules against vulgarity and indecency. I mean, I'm not sure I read it somewhere around,
but honestly I wanted to believe that DP is also being meticulous about
propriety, hence posters do it like "b...shit" or "f...you". At any rate, I agree
that GWB certainly deserves the kind of distinction, but I thought we could
be plainly straightforward about it without resorting to indecency. After all,
he remains an ex-president and certainly he deserves some degree of respect, if only for humanitarian considerations.

You don't understand because you choose the see the Iraqis as the aggressors and the coalition as defenders.. ;)

Isn't it the case that the US lost almost US$20 billion dollars in mis-appropriated funds within the first 6 months alone?

I understood the deal with the US is they get to plunder the same amount of oil that it cost to 'liberate' the Iraqis. In other words whatever it costs, the US is paid back in oil. Iraqis will be left without a life, and no oil left of their own to rebuild.

The more it costs the US, the more Iraqi oil they get in return, no matter how much money goes missing.
Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong...

for me anybody who cause such destruction, and commit all that much killing, does not deserve any respect, besides it was not meant to offend rather than saying, would Bush care now?

he and the dick Cheney filled their pockets of oil money, and now others have to deal with the mess they caused.
