I found a better way to find keywords from Google.
That is so simple and efficient for getting relevant and most paying keywords to you. I know most of them knowing before this, Its not a secret but you should optimize for keywords from this way.

    The things to do is,
    1. Go to Adwords.google .com first
    2. Find the cost estimation tool link (this will help u with advanced options)
    3. It will open the same keyword search window in advanced mode
    4. Just put you 1st keyword on the box and make a find.
    5. Then enable the important options such as, advert. competition, avg. search hits, volume trends
    6. Now in this window you have all of them in control

    :):D
