hmmm, let me see what this image looks like in the center of the banner, now that banner is larger there is open space. see if you can use some kind of text that appears to be encryption,etc also let me see with text that says: Secrets Exposed (since theme is internet marketing secrets exposed). everything else looks great! I had asked for you to italicize or slant the name slightly leaning towards right. use picture/image that technoguy used in banner. it's a different image, I posted somewhere earlier...the face is looking a little more direct at camera and looks better. the banner is slightly fuzzy, can you make more crisp? Middle banner: add some of the color that technoguy is using in the name, or let me see with a bit of purple/burgundy added to the red in the name, make the colors fade into each other the way you already have. use font that technoguy used in the content to the right and outline the text the same way (content on right side). make the dot com a little smaller and add a hint of color.

Sikka, Nice variation. Darken up the background a bit...darker around the frame, you can leave slightly lighter in the middle. Also on Name...start with darker color at top and fade the color downwards on the letters...not such a bright red/orange (a bit too bright). I think this will work!! Arsi, nice design. Too much of a brown red, burnt red color. I like use of spotlights on 1st version.
