    Hi

I tested out my contact form just now and it didn't work so I looked in my website root folder and there is a Pitbull bot in there.

How do I get rid of this?

What is the likelihood that this has caused my javascript form to stop working? It has been working for a month without any problem.

Also, my wordpress blog hosted at thisdomain/blog got hacked. Is this related?

I really would be thankful for any help someone could give me

    Thanks a million

    Steve

why don't you describe us what you see there? What pitbull bot? How is the file named? What does it contain? Can't you just delete it?

Check your process via cpanel or ssh. If that bot is running in the process, you'll have to restore your site again from your backup. Install the latest wordpress.
