Don't worry, we will continue to help, I didn't mean to come off like we don't want to help you. The only thing I was getting at was you were blaming us for the downtime when it was an abusive user on your VPS (which you corrected).

We are not unsupportive and we will continue to give our clients the highest level of support possible.

Are you giving trial for 1 day so I can be sure that VPS is properly configured?

@drakul: Sorry I have answered all questions that I have recieved on this post? Sometimes it might take me a day to get back to the post because I have my DP posts being sent to my personal email box rather than the company one.

@dura_killer: We are not offering any trial at the time, but you can rest assured your VPS will be properly configured when you recieve your login details.

You don't have more netherland vps ? Can I use germany vps for file hosting ?

 

Assured Blah blah, we are the best blah blah.If you don't give trial or accept payment after I receive & check VPS that it is properly configured then your VPS is not for me.

 

@drakul: Yes you can use the Germany VPS for file hosting, more netherlands VPS will be available within a week.

@dura_killer: You've asked me about 5 times for a trial offer? We do NOT have any trial offer. If you don't want to sign up...don't...just quit posting asking for a trial offer. We have signed up plenty of people from DP with no trial and the reviews here in this thread explain that themselves.

just an advice mate.. you should hire few more staff...

 

How can I login to VPS control panel (not lxadmin) ? http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8888 goes to no where. What vps control panel you are using ? Where can I see server spec ? I'm familiar with hypervm only. SOmetimes user can't login to lxadmin and need to reboot from vps control panel.

At this time we are not currently offering any VPS control panel, nor do we advertise one on our site. HyperVM is fairly useless as anything that can be done through HyperVM can be done on the command line:

uptime (View server load)
free -m (Check your RAM usage)
df -h (Check diskspace usage)
shutdown -r now (Reboot server)

Please submit a ticket with us in our members area if you are having any trouble as we don't really monitor this thread as priority.

Three days has passed and my vps are still useless. You said, you will backup the files and then OS reload. Do you really do the works ? Does it really take more than 3 days ? Ticket on 11/02/2009 13:11 are still not answered. As I said in the last ticket, if it difficult to you or you can't do it, just do the OS reload without backup. Support is very slow here.

 

Our support responses are actually fairly quick we were just dealing with a unique situation here. I had a very hard time getting the backups off of your VPS since all system services were unresponsive I had to download them to my home computer in order to NOT loose your data. This took quite some time as it was 2GB of data and my home connection has been very unreliable lately.

I have finished reinstalling the VPS and uploading the backups.

We will credit your account for 50% next month for the downtime.

We are extremely sorry for this incident.

For those of you who have signed up, how good is this hosting companies? I am in need of a new VPS server and am desperate to find a company that has good support.
